Juan Lara

Juan Lara is the CEO and founding partner of Cypher Translation Services. With almost 20 years of experience in the language services industry, he has worked in leadership, program management, project management and development in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Before founding Cypher Translation Services, Juan spent 5 years as Director of Language Access and Proficiency at one of the largest resettlement agencies in the United States.

In his free time Juan enjoys volunteering in sports programs in his community.
